Despite a ferocious cold that has lasted two weeks already, I made it into the Bazaar Cafe in San Francisco for Jamey Genna's reading series last night. It was fun to read microflash that I hadn't read before, great to meet new writers and a musician—all stellar.
My husband Steve just published an essay at Manifest-Station on his trip to the ER on Thanksgiving. Trump's a major character. So am I.
I had a microflash accepted at Threadcount, a very cool magazine that has published a ton of writers I admire. Can't wait to see my piece online in May. Here's their archive, well worth browsing. Love their covers too.
